By accessing and using Syndicate.zone, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Service Description

Syndicate.zone provides information on upcoming events. Our services include:

Information provision on our online platform.
Partnership with experts in art, investment, event organization, accommodation, and transportation services.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to indemnify and hold Syndicate.zone, and its partners providing information on this site harmless from any claims or damages arising from their misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

4. Changes to Terms

LR MEDIA GmbH reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the EU.

6. Payment Terms

There are two options to secure your spot at the event:
1. Cover the amount in full with one transaction.
2. Cover the amount in three equal installments for Council Members and in two equal transactions for Council Guests.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the customer:
A 20% fee will be retained if the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the event.
A 50% fee will be retained if the cancellation is made between 90 and 45 days before the event.
A 100% fee will be retained if the cancellation is made less than 45 days before the event.

The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total cost of the event, and not the amount paid to date if you made installment payments.

Cancellation by the organizer:
In case of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.
