This Offer is a legally binding document and is considered accepted upon payment of the ticket for the event.

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) wishing to participate in the “Creative Council” event, organized by the marketing and advertising agency LR MEDIA GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

3. General Conditions

The Organizer and its partners are responsible for organizing the “Creative Council” event, which will take place from November 4 to 10 in Portugal. All conditions for the event, including dates, times, locations, and refund policies, are specified on the website: Event Details. These conditions can only be changed with prior notice to the Participants.

4. Acceptance Procedure

Acceptance of this Offer is considered to be the payment of the ticket, which includes the full amount or the first installment in the case of payment by installments. The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment confirmation from the Organizer. The Participant must provide the Organizer with proof of payment (receipt or screenshot) immediately after making the payment. The Organizer is obliged to confirm receipt of payment within 3 business days by sending a receipt or an email. In the absence of confirmation, the Participant should contact the Organizer using the provided contact details.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1 Obligations of the Organizer:

• Collecting participant data, providing information, and processing Participant data.
• Coordinating the event with partners and contractors, including providing accommodation, catering services, transportation, and other related services.
• Ensuring the quality of the event as described in the conditions.
• Ensuring the protection of Participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable EU law, including GDPR. The privacy policy is available at: Privacy Policy
• Providing all necessary documents for participation in the event, such as invitations, event programs, etc. For participant registration at the accommodation site, passport data will be required. This includes full name, address, and ID. Participants’ personal data will be used exclusively for organizing the event, including accommodation booking, catering services, and transportation. Data will not be transferred to third parties not involved in the event without the explicit consent of the Participant. Participants have the right to request the deletion of their data after the event.

5.2 Obligations of the Partners:

• Accommodation Partner: providing accommodation.
• Catering Partner: providing meals.
• Transport Partner: providing transportation services, etc.

5.3 Rights and Obligations of Participants:

• The Participant undertakes to provide all necessary data (full name, address, ID, passport data) in a timely and complete manner.
• The Participant undertakes to make payment in accordance with the terms specified in the Offer.
• The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules of conduct at the event established by the Organizer.
• The Participant has the right to receive all services included in the cost of the event.
• The Participant has the right to request the deletion of their personal data after the event.

6. Payment

Participants will be offered several payment options to choose from, such as bank transfer, credit card, or other methods except checks and cash. Payment is made in Euros (EUR). All fees associated with international transfers are paid by the Participant. Payments should be made using the bank details provided to the Participant via email or other communication methods.

• Full payment in one installment.
• Installment payment: three equal payments for Council Members and two equal payments for Council Guests.

Please note that international transfers may incur bank fees. To avoid additional costs and stress, it is recommended to make the payment in one installment. All payment information will be kept strictly confidential. In case of non-compliance with installment payment obligations, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Participant’s participation in the event without refunding the already paid funds.

7. Refund Policy

Requests for refunds should be sent to the Organizer’s email address at support@syndicate.zone. Refunds are made within 14 business days after receiving the request in accordance with German consumer protection law.

• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: 20% of the payment amount will be withheld
• Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before the event: 50% of the payment amount will be withheld.
• Cancellation less than 45 days before the event: 100% of the payment amount will be withheld.

Refunds are made based on the method of payment. If the payment was made to a bank account, the refund will be made to the same bank account. If the payment was made by card, the refund will be made to the same card. Refunds are calculated based on the total cost of the event, not the amount of payments already made.

8. Liability

The Participant hereby confirms and agrees that the Organizer and its partners are not responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or inconveniences arising from participation in the event, except as provided by law. This disclaimer applies to the extent permitted by law and does not affect mandatory liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The Organizer and its partners are not responsible for:

• The quality of services or products provided.
• Failures or inconveniences related to accommodation, catering, transportation, or other services provided by partners.
• Force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, etc.). In the event of force majeure circumstances, the Organizer has the right to reschedule the event to another date or change the venue. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, the Organizer is obliged to refund the Participant the full amount paid, minus actual expenses incurred.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, the Participant assumes full responsibility for their health, safety, and personal property and waives any claims against the Organizer and its partners.

9. Final Provisions

This Offer is governed by German law. All disputes arising in connection with this Offer are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Aachen, Germany. All legal documents and negotiations are conducted in German. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to this Offer with prior notice to Participants by email at least 45 days before the changes take effect. Participants have the right to withdraw from the event if they disagree with the changes, with a refund of the paid funds.

10. Cancellation Procedure

To exercise the right to cancel, the consumer must notify us by email no later than 45 days before the start of the event. The notification must include the Participant’s full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. The refund request will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. In the case of partial cancellation or changes in participation conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the participation cost.
